We are currently seeking a Part-Time Buyer for our client in Schenectady NY. This is a direct hire opportunity.
The Part-Time Buyer will be responsible for:
• Selecting quality supplies and services for two US corporate and manufacturing facilities
• Processing purchase orders and maintain order-related data within company database
• Associate’s degree
• Previous purchasing and buying experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to form and maintain business relationships
• Computer proficiency including database, document control and spreadsheet software
• Ability to work independently
