Administrative Assistant
Linium is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a growing, fast paced firm in Colonie, NY!
Interested candidates should be self-starters, highly motivated and willing to go above and beyond!
Requirements to be considered include:
• 3+ years’ experience in an administrative support role, preferably to a manager or executive
• Strong technical skills related to the Microsoft Office programs
• Highly motivated, independent work style
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with executives
• Very punctual
• Outgoing, persistent personality
• Flexible to changing priorities and schedules
• Ability to work overtime as requested
Responsibilities to include:
• Various administrative support to managers and executives
• Maintaining and organizing schedules of managers and executives
• Assisting executives and managers to remain on time per their schedule
• Research, coordinate and book travel arrangements to include air, train, hotel and rental car reservations
• Maintaining an active list of current projects and their statuses via various tracking tools and MS Office
• Organize internal and external meetings and special events
• Maintaining highly confidential information
• Collect data to create documents and reports from managers and executives
• Ongoing projects as business needs dictate
