Job Details
Title: Help Desk Specialist
Facts about the Role: We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist for a long term contract opportunity. With long term contract opportunities at Linium PTO and benefits are offered on day one! Responsibilities for this role include: Provide technical support to employees/Troubleshoot issues with all enterprise technology platforms and applications/Respond quickly to customer needs and service requests/Perform system maintenance and act as a resource for others in the department as needed/Documenting help desk issues using a help desk ticketing software. This opportunity is located in Albany, NY.
Required Skills:
• At least 1 year experience troubleshooting Microsoft desktop, operating systems and application issues
• 1+ years’ experience resolving issues in a complex multi-operating system environment
• Experience documenting issues using a help desk ticketing software
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
