Advertising Sales Associate

Job Description: We are currently seeking an ambitious salesperson, with at least 5 yrs B2B sales experience, to help to develop and grow Jobster's advertising and job posting business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in display advertising sales, have strong communication skills and be committed to creating new business opportunities. You will also need to be a self-starter who is not afraid to pick up the phone, and think outside the box to exceed sales targets.
Requirements:

Job Description: The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for the account development process, including: Lead generation, outbound calling and following up on warm leads, cold calling key target accounts, and presenting and articulating product features effectively to prospective customers.
We are looking for motivated individuals who can learn our sales methods and processes from the ground up. We are seeking bright, energetic self-starters who are passionate about driving revenue, increasing their client base, and selling Zapoint’s solutions. The ideal candidate must be results-driven and committed to creating new business opportunities in a dynamic marketplace.
Requirements:
- Inside Sales or telemarketing experience for software products
- Cold calling experience and an ability to get to the right person and create relationships with decision makers
- Demonstrate persistence and a disciplined approach in contacting decision makers
- Results-oriented with a willingness to “do what it takes” to meet lead generation goals
- Ability to learn quickly and speak about software products
- Bachelor's degree
- Start up experience a plus
- Adept knowledge of SalesForce
