Check the 'looking for a job' option
You'll only appear in a recruiter's search if you select this option, after all there's no point being contacted for a job if you're happy where you are.

A recruiter posts a job and runs a search of the Talent Network
If you rank high in the list, it's likely the recruiter may want to see if you're interested in the job, and find out more about you.

Recruiter sends introduction
Recruiter sends an introduction request to you. We'll flag this up on your Zapoint account where you have the option to accept or decline.
Remember, at this stage the recruiter doesn't have your name or contact details.

You choose
Accept: We show the recruiter your full details and they can contact you directly to tell you more.
Decline: The recruiter never knows your name or contact details.
