Team - CTO: Joe Brooks

Prior to moving to the US to attend business school, Joe worked in London for 7 years in the real estate industry, during which time he was involved in sales management, recruitment, training and business development.

When he graduated with his MBA, Joe was keen to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment, where his skills and experience could be readily applied and stretched. The opportunity to work with Zapoint from an early stage offered Joe the perfect opportunity to work in Product Management, with an international development team, in an exciting and growing sector. Having worked previously in an industry with relatively high staff turnover, Joe was keen to work on developing talent management solutions to help companies identify, retain and manage the skills within their organizations.

Joe holds a BA in Geography from University College London and an MBA with Distinction from Hult International Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
