Search help

If you're using the big input field in our site's header, then you're doing what we call a simple search. When doing simple searches, you can enter either one search term containing one word (i.e. "marketing" or "boston") or multiple words (i.e. "new york" or "financial services") or you can enter multiple search terms separated by commas (i.e. "new york, san francisco, boston"). The system will return site users which have at least one of the search terms you entered in their profile.

If you require more granular search results, such as "show me users who live in Seattle, who went to school in Boston and used to work for IBM", you may want to try our Advanced Search
