I agree to the following terms and conditions:
Agreement is entered into by myself ("Business") and Zapoint, a Massachusetts corporation ("Licensor")
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and representations set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, and intending to be legally bound hereby, the parties agree as follows:
- Scope of Services: Zapoint is hereby engaged to perform a Skills Assessment Pilot Program as mentioned under "Program Scope" for the Business.
- Limited Services/Confidential Information: Zapoint will assist Business in accordance with the scope of services.
Zapoint expressly agrees not to divulge, publish, or communicate any information regarding the Business to any person without the express written consent of the Business. All information obtained by Zapoint during this engagement and all suggestions and recommendations received by Business shall remain the property of the Business and Zapoint shall keep all such matters confidential. - This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
- This agreement may only be modified in writing and contains the entire terms of the agreement between the parties
