Program Requirements

We only require three items from you in order to commence the Skills Assessment Pilot Program. Each of these will be used to assist our technical consulting team with the pilot implementation and analysis.

  • Employee resumes

    The resume is a primary input for this service. If you do not possess resumes for certain employees, we can still create the employee profile, but it will not show the relevant employee data for a complete [organizational] skills analysis. We will highlight these gaps in the analysis and show you how the employee can complete their talent profiles.

  • Organization Chart

    The program is best suited for a department(s) of no more than 30 employees. The organization chart will be used to ensure each employee talent profile accurately corresponds with the formal reporting structure.

    We will also provide you with a short online survey that will be used to better understand your current talent management strategy, systems, processes and more. The information will assist our solution consultants to position the results of the skills assessment to support your business goals and objectives.
