Its not easy working out what you want to say, or even what to show. To help you out we've made a list of dos and don'ts - follow these and you can't go far wrong!

| Keep it to under 90 seconds. | Record a 3 hour epic. Only the first 90 seconds will be uploaded, so your masterpiece will be lost. |

How to record a Video Pitch
Recording yourself is easier than you think! Most of you can do it without downloading or installing a thing. Below are some hints and tips for Mac and PC users alike:
Mac:
If you have mac, you may have an iSight camera built in, otherwise you may need to borrow or buy a web cam.
Using iMovie you can record straight from the camera. Just press record and off you go. It's easy to edit video in iMovie too, so press record, relax, take a breath and then start. When you're done, chop off the excess you don't need.
PC:
Depending on your computer, you may have a built in web-cam, otherwise you'll need to buy or borrow one.
Most web-cams come with software that will record straight from the camera to your hard drive. Just press record and off you go.
If your web cam doesn't have any software, you may need to download software from the web.
